I am a thinker, a creator and a developer. There isn't an environment I can't adapt to — whether that's streamlining an editing workflow, routing ethernet cable in a remote studio, building a CRM from scratch, or launching a company from zero.
At VOI Radio I was juggling four or five completely different types of work at the same time. It taught me how to plan, structure, build a system, and break any problem into fragments and solve them one at a time.
My mentor there said something I live by to this day: "There is nothing in this world that cannot be done more effectively through the use of systems."

- Troubleshot live broadcast failures under high pressure — when a show is on air, seconds matter, whether it's a stream outage or a network issue in studio
- Led staff training and on-the-ground social coverage of major events including Solar & Storage Live at NEC Birmingham and Tech Show at ExCel London
- Managed internal podcasts, in-studio footage workflows, and set up a NAS server to handle hundreds of terabytes of media
- Diagnosed and resolved hardware, cable, and software issues across the entire broadcast infrastructure
